While this home has its own private entrance and yard with everything you need, I will always be available. I live in the main house on the property and can be reached at anytime. Walk to restaurants, a local brewery, and a marketplace store, with the light-rail stop half a mile away for exploring further afield. Sky Harbor Airport and downtown are a 5-minute drive, with Arcadia, Scottsdale, and Tempe only slightly further. The best transportation options for getting around the area would be using rideshare apps, driving or utilizing the Lightrail service that goes to most places in the valley.

This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita.
