Enchanting, large, private 1 bedroom guest suite with a view In Upper East Medford. Beautiful, open concept living /dining area has plenty of room to relax and unwind. This space also includes a semi private queen bed. There is a large luxurious shower, kitchenette, and other amenities (microwave, fridge, and coffee maker). Outside there is a large private covered deck with outside seating and a fire pit. Close to wineries, golf, restaurants, and great hiking. This is a non smoking property.

Roadside Treehouse

A treehouse that is located just two miles away from I-5 on exit 24. It’s by the roadside so expect cars passing by. Studio type. We only have WiFi extender from our barn so sometimes you can’t get a signal from the treehouse. We’re out in the countryside so there’s no street lights. It’s very dark at night. So if you come after dark please let me know ahead of time so I can tell how to get here specially if you come from I-5 south. The GPS will tell you to turn on our neighbor’s driveway.

Kelly’s Carriage House 4 miles from Ashland

The Carriage House is located on Kelly's Farm four miles from the city of Ashland and less than two minutes from Highway 5. This two story home is 440 sq. ft with two sliding glass doors affording a 360 degree view of the mountains and sunset. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck, a propane grill and kitchen is fully furnished, two burners, countertop oven, and rice maker among other things. Set up for three people using two beds. Dogs are welcomed but we don't accept cats.

The guesthouse on our little farm overlooks the vineyard and the fields beyond. We are in the perfect spot to easily access many of the wonderful things Southern Oregon has to offer. Explore wineries, including our own, hiking trails, the Britt festival, and more! The guesthouse has lots of amenities, including an outdoor grill, kitchenette with fridge and hot plate, and full-size sleeper-sofa. Entire private house, large yard, washer/dryer, full kitchen, tiled shower, and upstairs with additional living space and bedroom. Close to Ashland, Jacksonville and Medford. Walking distance to the Phoodery, Clyde’s corner, and mini market. Space is not suitable for toddlers or elderly due to steep stairs leading to bedrooms.
