Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself had every amenity we could need and many thoughtful additions. The location is a 1min walk to the lake, the ferry stop is a further minute or two, so very convenient for visiting the islands.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre nell'appartamento, l'abbiamo trovato comodo e pulito. Un ampio parcheggio ci ha permesso di arrivare sotto casa e di spostarsi in macchina senza preoccuparsi di non riuscire a ritrovare parcheggio. Per qualsiasi esigenza Nicola è sempre stato molto disponibile. lo consiglio vivamente!

The place was great! It is located right next to a ton of transportation options making it incredibly easy to access the city. There are also a lot of food options within walking distance including restaurants and grocery stores. The host was also super responsive and kind, answering questions, letting us check-in early, and providing instructions for everything in the apartment.

Just returned from our trip to Milan and are very happy with the apartment we chose. Silvestro was always in touch, sent additional photos, asked if everything was ok with the check-in and hot water. We saw comments that other guests had problems with it, but everything was great for us, there was always hot water) The apartment is very conveniently located, there are several metro stations nearby, one of which leads directly to the airport and is equipped with an elevator, which was super convenient for us, since we are with a child in a stroller. In general, this is not a super luxury apartment with designer furniture, but a cozy home where you will find everything for your stay with friends or family.

اخذت ليلتين في الشقة ، الشقة مكانها جميل جدا قريب من الدومو ٧ دقايق ، قريب من كارفور بجانبك، قريب جدا من موقف السيارة اللي بتوقف فيه المكان نظيف و آمن جدا الباب الخارجي مقفل وهناك مصعد . المكان متوفر فيه اغلب الخدمات و اهم حاجيات المطبخ مشكلته الوحيدة كان شوي صغير و ضيق. بس مقبولة جدا المضيف كان متعاون وساعدني كثير جدا ، خاصة ان البيت كان موجود في منطقة ZTL، سالته كثير و ساعدني كثير كيف الطريقة و كيف ادفع الرسوم . شكرا للمضيف، ولي زيارة اخرى ان شاء الله

Unglaubliche Lage mit einmaliger Sicht auf den Lago dOrta. Im grosszügigen Garten auf bequemen Liegestühlen durften wir schnell eintauchen in totale Ruhe und Frieden. Das Haus ist grosszügig - und perfekt eingerichtet. Uns hat es beim Kochen an nichts gefehlt, weder an Utensilien noch an Gewürzen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen in sehr bequemen Betten. Ich, als elektrosensibles Wesen konnte den W-lan Stecker ziehen, dadurch strahlenfrei leben und schlafen, ein riesiges Geschenk. Danke dir, Davide, dass du uns so gut eingeheitzt hast, dass es auch an kühlen Abenden gemütlich war. Ein Anliegen zum Schluss: ich wünschte mir dass alle Mieter eigenverantwortlich Geschirr und Töpfe sauber in die Schränke räumen würden, zur Freude aller Beteiligten.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ein großartiges Dorf voller Ruhe, Natur und lieben Menschen. Es tut weh, wieder wegzufahren.

Uitstekende vakantie gehad! Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels van Piemonte. Genoten van het terras en zwembad. Naast Turijn ook andere leuke plaatsjes (Alba, Asti, Neive) makkelijk met de auto bereikbaar. Michela gaf ons bij de afgifte van de sleutels erg leuke tips voor bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Prettige, praktische communicatie.

Alles perfekt! Deshalb haben wir wieder in dieses Ferienhaus gewählt.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist phänomenal. Die Kommunilation mit Alessandra war sehr gut. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr praktisch die Parkmöglichkeit in der der privaten Garage. Die Garage ist nicht groß, war aber für unseren 3er BMW ausreichend. Luino ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung am Ostufer des Lago Maggiore hervorragend geeignet. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

We found the property to be well situated and lovely. Sara was a very responsive host and we loved our stay on the lake.

Helena was an amazing host—so warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax. Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

Guiseppe's is a perfect base for exploring Milan in a quiet location. The apartment itself is clean and very spacious and our stay was fabulous.
