Very lovely home in a picturesque location. We only needed to stop and sleep but I would love to go back and stay longer. The home was very clean and super comfortable. The host was very accommodating and we would definitely recommend!

This is our second stay at the house. It is absolutely beautiful and top class hosts. Josh has been outstanding to work with timely on all communication and quick response. We will definitely rent again when we are in the area. Again 100% TOP CLASS

Every summer we travel to Ohio from Massachusetts to see my family in the Hocking Hills area. This was our first stay at this cabin and everyone had a lovely time. There was plenty of space for the boys to play and the adults were able to relax on the nice porch and kitchen space. The house had plenty of linens and the bedrooms were nice. We took a lot of our own toilet paper and paper towels so I did not pay attention if there would have been enough for a 3 night stay. We had one minor issue but Michael was very responsive in the matter. I would recommend this cabin to others in the future.

The space was beautiful and private. We started off our honeymoon here on our way to Colorado and it was very peaceful.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The deck and hot tub are highlights especially with all the birds in and out of the water in the peninsula that surrounds the place. It was too cool to have a fire but we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The kitchen is well stocked, we even used the crock pot. We were greeted with a welcome basket, a bottle of wine and we did utilize the gift card to a local restaurant which was delicious. Highly recommend the Brass Monkey grill. This place is very new, modern style. The 2 bedrooms are huge as are the bathrooms. There is a 3rd full bathroom which worked great for us as we had one couple, one family member and one friend. So there was enough space for all and each had their own bathroom. There is no inside dining table but a 6 top table outside on the deck. We attended an event near Serpent Mound which is about 30 minutes west of Waverly. If you love geology, artifacts, mystery I highly recommend. Would definitely utilize this space again.

The perfect clean and comfy cabin for a weekend getaway in the woods! My mom, sister, and I planned a quick girls trip and had a wonderful time. The rooms were much more spacious than anticipated, and still had a cozy feel. Everything was well-kept, in working order, and so clean! The cabin is fairly close to campers but we had no issues with noise at all/it was like no one else was around. Cell service (Verizon) was spotty, so we really appreciated the wifi. We spent time cooking together, shopping at The Variety Mall (awesome if you like thrifting), and walking in the woods a bit looking for morel mushrooms (we found one!). If we had more time, we would have loved to do some trail hiking nearby. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful retreat in Pike State Woods!
