House is located across from homes that back up to Beaver Lake, but neighborhood doesn’t provide lake access. Located 5.5 miles from War Eagle Marina.

This quiet and cozy space is close to the U of A, hospitals, shopping, parks, entertainment, and bike trails. It is a separate studio with private coded entrance. Studio includes a queen bed, couch, W/D including supplies, A/C and electric fireplace, WiFi, TV with cable and Roku streaming, tile shower, kitchenette with microwave, under counter fridge, coffee maker and coffee supplies, ice maker, hair blower, small iron and iron board, soaps and shampoos. Outside on the enclosed porch, you'll enjoy a HOT TUB, a movie projector and a custom firepit area beyond the deck.

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. Best for guests with kids or seeking an ‘off the beaten path’ and rustic experience. Close to Beaver Lake (War Eagle Marina approx. 7 minutes away), close access to Hwy 412, and a 15 minute drive to Springdale and 30 minutes to Fayetteville. Perfect for motorcycles, fishing and exploring NWA; we offer a large parking lot with covered parking.

Studio apartment in a rural estate setting. Attractions in immediate area include, Sassafras Springs Winery & event venue; Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm event venue < 15 minutes, public lake access. Approximately 11 miles/20+ minutes to U of A/downtown Fayetteville. Access to all of NWA's attractions via Don Tyson Parkway to I-49. Easy access to Razorback Greenway from Botanical Garden of the Ozarks/Lake Fayetteville trailhead.

Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze. The swimming pool will be closed mid-October thru early May.
