Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Stay in our 1927 Caboose. It has everything you need for your trip. You will have free Wi-Fi to cozy up on the couch or sip free coffee/ tea outside around the fire. Play with the goats, feed the chickens and pig, or pet the horse. 5 minutes to a Winery, within 30 miles to 3 Casinos, 31 miles to Buc-ee's, and a little over an hour to Dallas.
