Great stay for a group of 8 people. Very clean house that was well stocked. We Really enjoyed are time there.

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

We enjoyed our trip to Mesa. Hedy and Jessica were really responsive and helped us with any of our questions. We had a short trip but they had everything we needed and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Really enjoyed this house!

Sandy was a wonderful host, immediately responsive and conscientious. Home was exactly as described, lots of thoughtful amenities, very clean. Everything needed for cooking. All AC units worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town. Thank you for a lovely home, Sandy 😊

This AirBnb was one of the best we've stayed at. What a wonderful experience. The house had everything you needed. Everything was well thought out and things were labelled for ease of use. Loved the coffee bar. And the place was cozy and clean. The host Amanda was extremely responsive. You could tell she wanted you to feel welcome and comfortable in the home. We would not hesitate to book another stay or to recommend this home to friends and family planning a visit to the Phoenix area. (Thanks Amanda!)

During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! The property was beautiful and very comfortable! We spent a lot of time in the backyard just enjoying the scenery. If we ever found ourselves in the area again I would stay here again.

Rob's place was wonderful! The house was spacious and the view!!! OH MY GOODNESS the view of the Superstition Mountain was amazing in the evening and in the morning! We had an amazing view of the mountain from the living room, one of the bedrooms and on their balcony! It was quiet as well. I loved the there were quail roaming around. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely stay again and highly recommend :)

I absolutely loved my stay! The historic residence is quaint and comfortable, the bed is amazing and bedroom has a wonderful view. At night the garden area is absolutely magic with a beautiful fountain, twinkle lights and plenty of seating for enjoying a meal, reading or just taking in the beautiful Phoenix evenings. The location is perfect in a sweet neighborhood with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I can’t wait to book my next stay here!

Amazing place to stay in downtown Phoenix. Very walkable and safe location. Super comfy and beautiful apartment, and instructions were all super clear and easy to follow.

My husband & I stayed in Michael's clean home for a week. Instructions were clear, it drove us to gate & walked us straight to the door. Key is funny looking & I thought we couldnt get in until my husband turned it & opened the door. LOL. The property is gated & exactly as pictured/described. We were uneasy about parking but were assured to park in the spaces marked residents only. The elevators are slow. We found the stairs & took them down but it would have been nice to have outside side access to use stairs going up instead of using front door & waiting on the elevators. More towels were need but you can wash. Easy access to downtown Chandler & close to the local attractions/restaurants. The casino is a 10 min drive, downtown Phoenix was 25-30 min drive. It was quiet/peaceful. Michael was on vacation internationally but communicated with us despite the time difference. We would stay again & recommend this property for a comfortable place to stay as our experience was great.

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Breathtaking views on the foot of the Superstition Mtns! Peaceful location. Desert lovers paradise! Woke our first morning to wildlife playing outside. This home offered all we needed for our week-long stay and Lisa was responsive to all my questions prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any friends/family visiting the area!

I loved staying here! The property is really cool with the chickens and geese. He cleans up after them and provides pet owners with everything they could possibly need (INCLUDING a dog wash!) Everything is easily accessible and Jared is great - he let me borrow some olive oil when I was cooking dinner which was super easy to do in the spacious studios.

Great place, was even welcoming to my cats. Comfortable beds. Nice work space. Big bathroom. Cool backyard. Definitely recommended!

Great place to stay. Will definitely be back in the future.
