Marty is a wonderful host. The tiny house is comfortable and peaceful. The walk to the bathroom and private 24/7 access is perfect. Marty goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable.

What a wonderful place! It is a charming house with outdoor seating and lounging options; we took full advantageof those. It was sooooo pleasant and relaxing. Our hostess was very personable and kind. She even made us a delicious pie! We also enjoyed feeding the horse and mule with apples and carrots provided by our hostess. This place is close to the Tonto National Forest and Lost Dutchman State Park. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back just to stay there!

Phil greeted me by the entrance to welcome me. He wanted to make sure I got inside because the door is a little bit hard to open. The casita is beyond clean. I brought Lysol wipes because I am a nut about clean. I didn’t need to use any. The little extras they provide are ABSOLUTELY delightful!! Snacks, coffee, wine, water and chocolate!! What more could you ask for?? Thank you for sharing your casita!

Rachael was super helpful and gave crystal clear instructions for check in and check out. Place was super easy to find and get around from.

We stayed the month of March. The description of Susans home was accurate, small but big enough for the 2 of us. Comfy queen size bed, loved the use of a ceiling fan in the bedroom to cool the room throughout the warm days. I also loved the blackout curtains, which made the sleeping more peaceful along with cool. The home was clean throughout. We had lovely seating areas outside both in the sun and covered shade. We had access to the shed to do laundry, she also let us use the bicycles to bike around the beautiful resort. The amenities at the resort were endless and everything you may want, restaurant, 4 pools & hot tubs, attended many softball games, plenty of classes, golf, pickleball, tennis etc. We also went to a concert with 2 family members who stayed with us a couple nights. Also right down the street are bathrooms with showers which was very convenient for our guests! We would stay here again ;)

Enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. Our only small issue was not knowing how close this place is to active train tracks that run very late into the night and early morning.

Positives: We had a great stay at this house. The pool and covered patio were great for outdoor lounging. The temps in Scottsdale for our trip were in the low 70s, so it was excellent weather for sitting outside. The covered patio was very large, and the poolside had 2 fold up umbrellas, so there was plenty of shade. Check in was easy and the host had great communication. The kitchen/dining area was well stocked with utensils, plates, and cookware. The neighborhood was good and safe and the house was in easy walking distance to a park. The location was great for us as we spent most of our time in Scottsdale and Tempe. The house has quick access to both. Negatives: Could use some touch up paint in all interior rooms. The bed slats were not in place when we arrived, so one corner of the bed was sunken. We were able to fix this. We did opt for the heated pool, but it was still kind of cold.

Rustic yet comfortable accommodations. If you are seeking solitude in a stunning environment, this is it! The sunrise and sunsets on the porch surrounded by boulders were spectacular. You can meander through the desert and find natural nooks for contemplation. A wonderful retreat.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Every detail is thoughtfully designed and you can tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this space. The second-floor patio was a lovely touch, great for relaxing.

This is a perfect little vacation spot! My boyfriend and I felt right at home, her place was very clean and comfortable! She provided so much stuff for you incase you may have forgotten something for example; phone chargers or Apple Watch charger, lint roller etc. checking in was a breeze! I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance! My boyfriend and I will most definitely be staying here again! 10/10

Jeffs place was just as described; the room was nice a cozy, the bed was comfy. The pool was heated and the environment was truly relaxing. Even though there is only one bathroom to 3 bedrooms, we never had any issues. We would definitely come back again and hopefully have more time to enjoy the amenities.

The images on the site aided us in locating the house. We arrived early and after inquiring, was able to check in early. It is a quaint and small home. Despite it's size, it had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was so comfortable. I had my reservations about sleeping on a sofa bed but the memory foam mattress was so comfortable. There were many bed pillows and they were perfect thickness. She recommended some restaurants and we enjoyed the food. This is in a small town so there is no fast food restaurants. Just some good down home cooking food. There was plenty of choices for the shower soaps and shampoo in the large shower, could've left mine at home! The fire pit is inviting with four comfy chairs around it. She had a couple different types of ground coffee (sorry no pods, thank goodness). The covered parking was such a bonus, nice to have the car out of the sunlight. This will be our go to for the next event we attend at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum.

My second time staying here. So charming, peaceful, lovely, great night sleep. Love Globe! Thank you Thea! I’ll be back!

Should have been towel bars in bathrooms. Paying for the pool heat was fine but you can’t have pool heat and expect to use hot tub. There is one heater so the hot tub is dysfunctional if the pool is heated or vice versa. One feature gets the heat not both.

Cozy Nook was very clean and quaint. It was close to public transportation and easily walkable to where we needed to be.

House was exactly what I needed for my stay in Tempe. Very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything needed to cook my meals and well above the average airbnb. The back patio had many seating options with a beautiful view. Amazing place to eat or drink a cup of coffee. Trails right behind the house. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Would definitely return.

the house was as advertised. It was cute, clean, smelled great when we entered, and was well stocked with kitchen and linen supplies. It was warm and inviting and we enjoyed our week long stay. Would stay there again and recommend.
