A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

La piazzetta in the medieval castle of Saragano

Refined and elegant medieval house, just renovated, 90 Sq. m., located in the beautiful square of the village of Saragano. Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a living room with a double sofa bed and a landing overlooking the square. Hill Village Pink House

The two-storey sky-earth house was rebuilt and refurbished after the 1997 earthquake but still preserves its original rural structure. We like to come here to relax and enjoy la bella italia in a tranquil and safe context. This has been our family home for many years. Now that we dont't use it often we are happy to share it with you. We made it with lots of love, and hope you feel at welcome.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
