Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5, and it was full of amenities. It had all the extras to make a very comfortable stay and was stocked with coffee and kitchen items which was appreciated! The beach access gate is right there, a few houses away. The pool is a couple streets over, but just a few minute walk. We really enjoyed both, as well as the area being quiet and not crowded. The host was super responsive for a few issues we came across. We rarely return to the same place twice, but would stay here again in an instant!

We had a great stay! Katiana's place was a short walk to the beach. There was a GREAT little bakery (Panderri) just 3 mins walk down the street and around the corner. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms, and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Super convenient to the beach and El Yunque. Hope we can come back soon!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

Our family had a wonderful spring break at this lovely condo overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful beach walks and lots of beach time with our kids at nearby swim and snorkeling spots. Location is excellent for exploring El Yunque National Forest and the beaches and trails in the region. This place had all we needed to make our time there magical. Christina and Mark were very responsive and helpful with lots of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

Stayed here for a week and everything was perfect aside from the beach. One of the best airbnbs in the luquillo area. The beach in front may look very different from photos. In ur case it was very washed out with large boulders and concrete creating a short wall between beach and water. We were disappointed but there is a nice private beach a very short walk down the road.

One of the best places we have stayed so far! Spectacular views and Benjamin did a great job of maintaining the place. Will stay again if we come back sometime.

Lily’s place was wonderful. From the proactive communication to make sure we had a smooth check-in to the beautiful views of the beach and ocean, this was a great spot to stay at. There are various restaurants within walking distance and with ocean views. There is a town square nearby where we had delicious breakfast, amazing coffee and local pastries. Thank you for opening your place to us, it made our stay memorable and we look forward to visiting again! 😎

This place was an absolute dream! Waking up to the sound of waves and having the ocean just steps away was pure paradise. The view was breathtaking—sunrises and sunsets right over the water felt like something out of a movie. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the hosts truly care about the guest experience—communication was smooth, and every detail was thoughtfully planned out. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and that magical Puerto Rican charm, this is the spot. I’m already planning my return!

Alfredo's condo is in a great location in Luquillo- walkable to restaurants and on a lovely private beach. The condo is also clean, well appointed and has many nice touches. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay, but Alfredo was very quick to communicate and responsive to our situation.

Mark was a very friendly and accommodating host. His place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool! Place was clean and in a great location. The building could use some updating (not Mark's fault). And I would say if you're scared of heights, this probably isn't the condo for you. But if you're not, what a view!

Beautiful place and as described. 20th floor and right on the beach! The laundry and hot tub were closed for renovations. The inside of this apartment is worth the price, small but big enough for 2! Cold a/c and perfect ocean view! Would recommend and would stay again!

Everything was great! The building, I felt secure. The parking spot was a huge help. The apartment was super clean and nice. And the view from the room was beautiful! Loved the placed and it’s right infront of the beach, which I loved!

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

Had an amazing stay! Was kept very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and anything you could think of was provided. Host was super friendly and helpful! 100% would recommend

It was an absolutely amazing place. Its right next to the water. All the beach gear a family of 5 can ask for from body boards, chairs, cooler with ice packs, and even a big umbrella.. Great restaurants in walking distances. Capital Burger was our favorite for diner and the lady selling empanadas out of a food truck in the morning was our go to for breakfast. One of our favorite airbnbs by far.

We enjoyed our stayed at Pemela’s place, the view was amazing, the room was just what we needed it, nothing fancy just a bed, chairs, dinner table, etc everything you need to survive a week or more. The location has a lot of things to do and of course the beach is just a few steps away (more than a few to be honest), be ready to climb stairs, we didn’t mind it because the view was more than I can describe, sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the ocean was worth every step we took, plus we got a little bit activity after eating all the good food. Overall we had a great week and were sad to leave, but we’re already planning to go back soon. Luquillo is a nice place to stay, a lot of stuff to do, Luquillo food kiosks are the best. We can honestly say we didn’t have one bad/rude interaction the whole week we were in PR .. SIDE NOTE: don’t forget to stop at the little bar before you get to the gate, not sure if they sell food all day but the beers are only $2..

The accommodation is located right on the beach, so the view from the balcony is fantastic. You can sit for hours, admire the scenery, and listen to the waves. The restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Anderson responded quickly and was very helpful. There are a few things that could be updated in the apartment, but overall, it's a good choice if you're traveling to Luquillo.

Amazing stay. Lovely town and community. Very relaxing, great airbnb, and awesome host. 5 star and I’d love to come back again.

Danielle’s unit was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. Getting to it was a bit questionable, the immediate neighborhood was not as polished as her place. The unit was beautifully decorated and her neighbors were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay there due to the elevator being out. However, all four guested said that they were pleased with the unit and her hospitality. Renee Maisonet
