This house was perfect! Location was great, so close to Snowmobile trails, nice big driveway to park the trailer. Highly recommend! The house was stocked with everything you need, right down to K-cups! We went with 7 adults and 4 kids including an infant. Can't wait to go back!

Sally was extremely responsive when it came to communication, and her binder gives you everything you could possibly need to know about not only the house but the whole area in general. She is an amazing host

We had a group of seven at Jackie’s place for a long weekend of snowmobiling and it was a fantastic stay! The kitchen is fully stocked with nearly everything you would need to make your meals during the stay, even a crockpot and lobster cracking tools! No ice maker, but there is an ice cube tray, we just bought a bag from the store, no biggie just something to note. Plenty of towels of all sizes and tons of extra pillows and blankets throughout the house too. We loved our stay and will hope to stay again in the future, we make visits to Pittsburg a few times a year and when we have a bigger group Jackie’s place will be the first place we book if we can!

We were very pleased to find this space so refreshingly warm and inviting. It suited our needs exactly. I spent hours on the porch just sitting and relaxing.

Very cute old farmhouse with just the right amount of upgrades to make it comfortable without losing charm. Good location close to East Burke. It snowed for our Thanksgiving stay making the place super cozy (but we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace). Bathrooms are huge!

Patricia’s home was quiet and clean. It was a lovely stay and the hosts were very kind!

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

It was a great stay. The space had everything my fiancé and I needed for during a ski trip. The campground is so beautiful and has so many amenities. Thank you for hosting us!

Our family of 7 stayed at Overlook for a weekend getaway….we enjoyed the house with all of the great amenities. The pool table was a hit with everyone! Jessica was very attentive when we had questions. All the comforts of home! Previous groups were not so respectful of the home and property…such a shame! Jonathan and Lisa were wonderful hosts! We stayed 3 nights to enjoy some Spring skiing at Saddleback. The home was close to town and a quick drive to Saddleback mountain. The house is perched high on a hill overlooking Rangeley lake. The downside is that the driveway is steep and icy (this time of year due to the recent March thaws) but the view and sunsets are breathtaking!! For an additional fee, you can enjoy their newly built sauna and whirlpool. So relaxing after a day of skiing that we booked it twice. The house has all the comforts of home. Being culinary masters, we had a bit of a struggle in the small kitchen. But certainly most everything you need to prepare great meals. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.

Enjoying your morning coffee, starring off at the Mountain View, should be a everyday thing. It’s just a great way to start the day. Despite a minuscule miscommunication between the cleaner and host prior to our arrival. A one off. The place was lovely and we would recommend. Great for an intimate / close group of friends / family of 6 like many reviews said. But if you really want to make it work, 8 people can fit. Manageable with one bathroom. In emergencies the indoor pool has changing rooms with extra restrooms. Some who finds stairs difficult, should be aware it is on a third floor walk up. So plan to pack light. There are lockers on the first floor for skis/snowboards storage. The slopes are walking distances right across from the parking lot. Easy to hop on and off trail (Bunny slope steepness) down to the lifts, very good for beginners. Kitchen fully stocked. Balcony was a plus to dry gear. Dog friendly. Really it has everything we needed. Great location.

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

Warm, comfortable home in a beautiful setting. We loved looking at the stars and enjoying coffee on the deck with the Mountain View. Our entire family (including our dog) felt right at home, and the hot tub was a treat after hiking Old Speck Mountain.

We loved the cabin! It was very cozy, and we will definitely come back.

The cottage was cozy and peaceful, perfect for a winter weekend getaway! There was about 3 to 4 feet of snow on the ground but the stove kept the cottage nice and warm. The area was beautiful and we had a great time! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting northern Vermont!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. We liked the proximity to snowmobile trails, the pellet stove, and the TV options. Thanks and we will be back.

Logement conforme à la description et aux photos. On voit que cette maison est en amélioration et que les propriétaires cherchent à en préserver l'authenticité tout en l'adaptant aux goûts du jour. Nous recherchions un logement avec 5 chambres et nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi celui-ci.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

Great location, very easy to get to. Ample parking for trucks and trailers. House was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessities. Lots of sleeping options, definitely good for families and groups. Peter was nice and responded quickly when we messaged him. We had a great stay :)

This is my second time staying at Joy’s place and I will definitely be back! Great location, beautiful home and Joy is incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
