We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Please note that, while the property appears to be private, there are neighbors close by. County ordinances prohibit excessive noise at any time, especially during quiet hours (10PM-8AM), and excessive noise may result in forfeiture of security deposit (loud noise or amplified music that may bother the neighbors is not allowed).
