With a king bed in room 1, a queen bed in room 2, and 2 twin beds in room 3, our unit comfortably accommodates a variety of guest configurations. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
