It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Welcome to our charming apartment! We offer a total of six units, which are allocated based on availability. Two of these apartments are on the ground floor and have a terrace. The four other apartments are on the upper floor and have a balcony. The sea view varies slightly depending on the apartment, as you can see in the pictures. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
