Located on a scenic road in the rural residential part of town, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking view of fields, gardens, pond and mountain ranges. We're close to the center of town, university, shopping plazas, hiking trails, Interstate 93 and ski resorts. State parks and Newfound, Winnipesaukee & Squam Lakes are easily accessible by car. Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

It is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your getaway and all that the area has to offer. Built by Tenney Mountain co-founder John French and used for many years as housing for ski patrol, a lot of good times have been had here.
