Extremely comfortable stay as always. Aleksa is a very responsive host and his apartment is conveniently located within walkable distance to amenities and restaurants, thrillingly close to the centre. The balcony, spotless kitchen, a double and a single bed plus sofa, AC and comfortable rooms are big bonuses. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartments: The owner was very friendly, the location of the apartments is great. I'd definitely recommend visiting the apartments.

Marko responded immediately every time we communicated with him. The place was very comfortable. Everything worked. They had everything we needed and some. He was very helpful and the family was friendly, including their dog. The pretty much let us alone but asked if we needed help or assistance with anything. When he saw me adjusting something in our vehicle he made sure we were ok and offered to help if needed. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great time staying at Marta’s. Very comfortable and location is ideal. Plenty of spot to park. The apartment is just as described and a great value for the cost. Thank you Marta for being a friendly and gracious host! Great apartment if you are visiting Podgorica!

The place is very nice and comfortable. There's a good variety of dishes, big TV (50-inch), and fast internet (250 Mbps). The free minibar was a nice surprise. The owner replies to all the questions fast. There are 2 big supermarkets just next to the building. The building has an elevator, so it's easy to access with luggage. The area is far from the city center (30 min. walking).

The place was just perfekt. I felt like home and everything was as described. The host ratko and sandra were so helpful and responsible. When we arrived at the apartment there was water, beer and some snacks free for us. There was a lots of other food if I wanted to cook. I didn’t have to think about a thing because it was done perfectly by the host. I will definitely return to book this wonderful place.

Toll gelegen, etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Aber innerhalb von 30min zu Fuß ist man direkt in der City. Das Apartment Hat alles was man braucht. Alles super

Ciche i spokojne miejsce z tarasem oraz widokiem na morze. Przepiękna okolica. Blisko sklep i restauracja. Bardzo miły i sympatyczny gospodarz. Szybka odpowiedź na pytanie i problem oraz pomoc lokalna. polecam serdecznie.

Excelente ubicación, Lidija siempre dispuesta y pendiente de atenderme cuando así lo necesitaba. Recomiendo este alojamiento, tiendas, cafés y supermercados alrededor del apartamento. Lugar seguro.

Sessiz sakin huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Evde bir evde olması gereken herşeyden fazlası mevcut. Hiç bir şeyin eksikliğini hissetmedik. Hatta fazlası bile vardı. Yok artık bu da mı var dediğimiz çok şey oldu. İhtiyacınız olabilecek bir şeyin hemen elinizin altında olması kesinlikle harika. Aracımız için park sorunu yaşamadık. Balkonda deniz manzarası diğer balkonda dağ ve zeytin ağaçları ayrı bir güzellik . Merkeze yürüyerek 10 dakika.Yürüyüş için oldukça güzel yerler var. Dönüşünüzde biraz yokuş çıkmanız gerektiğini de belirtmekte fayda var. Merkezde sezon sonu olduğu için açık market sayısı az ama yeterli ( 2 büyük market açık ) Sahilde açık bir kaç tane restaurant var. Yıl başı yakın olduğu için daha fazla mekan açmak için hazırlık yapıyordu.Budva ve Bar'a aynı uzaklıkta sayılır. Aracınızla 15-20 dakika sürüyor. Biz oldukça keyif aldık.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Ernad ist ein sehr angenehmer und fröhlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und auf die Berge. Zudem hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing place with stunning ocean views! It’s very close to Kotor’s attractions, has a swimming pool, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment includes a stove and washing machine, which were super convenient. We loved it and will definitely return if we’re back in Montenegro! And the view 😲😲😲😲

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks
