This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Apartment also has two free parking spots and free WIFI.

Op de begane grond bevindt zich een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, terwijl er op de eerste verdieping 4 slaapkamers zijn, elk met airconditioning, tv en een eigen badkamer. Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
