Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Oundle is a beautiful Market town with a museum, stunning churches, wonderful shops and supermarkets, a busy market and lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants.

Linton Lodge is an annexe set back behind locked gates making it secure for children and pets. Breakfast comes as part of the package: items are left for you to cook/prepare at your leisure. This also includes; cereals, bread, preserves, and a selection of hot drinks. The private courtyard garden has table and chairs if you wish to eat outside. There are books, games, SKY tv., Netflix and Disney+. We are a short walk from amenities, the market place and Waitrose.

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.
