Coastal Cottage in Cornwall

A Cornish cottage overlooking Fowey estuary at the Castle end of West Street and restored to a high standard. The two bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, while the comfortable sitting room/dining area and kitchen are upstairs to take advantage of the views across the harbour to Fowey and Readymoney Cove. The coastal path is 50 yards from the door and Fowey is 5 mins away by ferry. The Mevagisey ferry will take you to the Lost Gardens of Heligan usually from April to Oct. Visit Eden Project.

It's suitable for a family, a couple or friends, it may be a squeeze for four adults. There are many walks and beaches in the area, as well as shops, restaurants and boat hire in Fowey and lots of attractions within an easy drive.

Parking in the village is in high demand but a dedicated parking space, a short walk from the cottage, can be arranged on request. The Old Sail Loft is an 18th century stone cottage overlooking the beautiful River Fowey. It was once home to an old lady who lived in this cottage and mended sails for the pilchard fleet that she could see from her window.
