Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms, and fresh bed linens and towels - all you need to bring are your personal belongings! :) Our favourite spot? Apartment for 6 person has 2 floors ( interior stairs). On the 1. floor there are kitchen, living room, one bathroom, one bedrom for 2 persons and big terrace with a beautiful view on the sea. On the 2. floor there are 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and one bathroom.. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a view on the sea as well. Kitchen and dining room (15m2) : cooking basics, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, el. water kettle, cooker( 2 electric plates + 2 gas burners) with oven, table, 6 chairs, iron. Living room ( 23 m2) : 2 sofas, TV, exit to the beautiful terrace. Bedroom on the 1. floor ( 12 m2) has twin bed. One bedroom on the 2. floor(12m2) has twin bed, other room (23m2) has twin bed and a sofa. A bathroom (4,85 m2) : shower, towels, hair dryer We have a baby cot.

La Casa Ingrid - Couple's Paradise - Beach (20 m)

La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
