Locuința este foarte aproape de stația de autobuz, care te poate duce la toate obiectivele majore. Patul a fost foarte confortabil, baia extrem de curata, bucătăria dotata cu toate ustensilele necesare. In plus o frumoasa terasa plina de flori, unde te poți relaxa. Andreas a fost extrem de comunicativ, ne-a oferit toate informațiile solicitate. Am ajuns noaptea târziu in Paphos (pe la23.20),iar Andreas ne-a așteptat cu mașina lui sa ne duca la apartament si sa ne dea indicațiile utile. Mai mult decât atât, in ultima zi, deoarece avionul pleca noaptea târziu, a avut grija de bagajele noastre, si astfel am putut vizita parcul arheologic.

Everything was good. The apartment was super clean and Maria and her partner were very friendly and helpful (they live downstairs in the same building). From the photos we thought that the sunroof would be a completely private, but there are two other apartments on the same level who share the same area but it’s divided by little fences/semi-private. The location is good, short distances to the Avakas-Gorge and the King’s tombs. The apartment provided everything necessary for a short or even longer stay, even including laundry machine. The only thing that could be improved was the shower. Other than that, everything worked really well! I especially loved the kitchen. We had a good time staying at Maria’s apartment but if you are wondering if there are really *that many* decorations in the room - yes there are. ;)

Everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly like the pictures, in a very nice and peaceful environment! It has everything you could need during your vacation! The host was very helpful in everything, always responded very quickly! I recommend it to everyone!

Very comfortable, extremely clean apartment with sea views. The photos are very accurate. Convenient location not far from Lidle and some good restaurants. Can walk to the mall and harbor area or take a taxi/bolt if you prefer. I did not have a car, but the tour buses picked up at a couple of nearby spots. Local bus stop steps away from the apartment. Highly recommended staying at Mario’s place. As a solo traveler I felt safe and right at home. Mario was always quick to reply when I had questions. I’ll be back. 😊

Отличная квартирка,чисто,всё необходимое есть,пледы,одеяла,несколько комплектов постельного белья,посуда.Есть чай,приправы,кофе,что удивило есть даже банка мёда!Вид прекрасный,море,зелень,красивое здание Icon,которое вечером освещается.Хозяйка общительная,прелестная женщина!Спасибо за уют!

Хорошая квартира, заселеление прошло без проблем, дистанционно; квартира чистая и есть все необходимое для проживания (можно готовить дома, все кухонные принадлежности есть), оборудована кондиционером. Имеет хорошее расположение: в тихом месте и при этом недалеко (примерно 10-15 минут) от набережной.

Прекрасная квартира, чистая (что для меня важно). Елена - менеджер по сдаче квартиры, очень внимательная, ответила на все вопросы, даже не связанные с жильём, а вообще проконсультировала по основным аспектам жизни в Лимассоле. Хорошая локация, до пляжа пешком минут 10, очень рекомендую вьетнамский рестик по дороге на пляж Дасуди. Около локации магазинчики и вообще всё было супер. Если вернусь на Кипр, то искать жильё не придётся, выберу этот вариант 100%. Желаю хороших и добросовестных туристов!

Martin is a friendly host who provides lots of information and help, responding quickly to messages. The apartment is set back enough to give a little privacy, and it is well set up with attention to small details like books and plug adapters. Even though it has aged a little from the photos now, it is still a homely place and somewhere we'd stay again.

George is a great host. The apartment is on the first floor, easy to get straight to the pool. Thats very good for the kids. Pools are great. The apartment has everything you need, instructions are clear. There is a patio to chill and relax.

Amazing and courteous host. I had a great time staying at Tatiana’s- it is so well furnished, in a great location and most of all a cosy space to relax after a long day. Beautiful complex with pool, and Tatiana’s communication was brilliant through out. Would recommend!

The apartment was pleasant at home, friendly hosts and neighbors, a large supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. A quiet, cozy place. The owners have two charming little dogs who have conquered our hearts. Christos has always answered our questions.

Most enjoyable week in this beautifully situated apartment. The pool was superb. So was our balcony, always in the shade; great especially in the heat! Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A minor point: maybe Vicky could add a 4 cup cafetière (or similar)? We did appreciate Vicky's quick and friendly replies to our messages. We rented 2 bikes for a day (9am to 8.30pm for 10 Euros each) to explore the coast north to Coral Beach ( lucky to see a kingfisher on the rocks), stopping at the Tombs and lunching at Oceanos (superb fish Meze), before ending the day at Sunset Point in the south. We would also highly recommend a local family run restaurant Colcer. We had a fantastic stay! I honestly think the photos don’t do it justice! In person it’s so much more beautiful! You have everything you need and the view is to die for, especially the sunsets and sunrise! I really really appreciate her flexible check in schedule! We had an issue with a previous booking where we had to leave immediately and we had to find another accommodation in the evening, and she was able to fix it so we can come there! I couldn’t thank you enough for that!! Overall it was an amazing stay, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

really enjoyed our stay, the apparently was clean and had everything we needed you are able to use all the facilities of the hotel which is amazing you are about a 30 minute walk from the beach, old town and the harbour anna was helpful in finding the hotel and recommending nearby places

Notre séjour chez Alexandros a tout simplement été parfait. Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter de nombreux sites exceptionnels que compte l’Ile de Chypre. Le jacuzzi en fin de journée est juste magique ! Alexandros est très réactif et attentif envers ces hôtes. Nous sommes ravis !

Die Wohnung war einfach sensationell. Das Highlight war jeweils das Frühstück, welches Marianna um 9.00 Uhr vor die Türe stellte. Jeden Tag etwas anderes, sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen Dank Marianna 🙏😊. Wir können diese Wohnung oder besser gesagt „Penthouse“ ohne Einschränkung jedem empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Zypern sein, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses wunderschöne Penthouse buchen 😊

Logement agréable. Facilement accessible. Prévoir des boules quies et bandeau de nuit si vous êtes sensible aux bruits et à la lumière. A Chypre le soleil se lève très tôt et les bruits de circulation aussi. Logement bien équipé. Terrasse agréable.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was smooth and helpful, and check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions. The location was peaceful, and it was easy to get around by taxi.
