The Old Brewery, Lower Calbourne Mill

Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

Chapel Road Barn is a lovingly restored Victorian out-building which is an ideal place for a couple to stay whilst exploring the Isle of Wight. Beautifully furnished and cozy.... We are a 5 minute drive from the car ferry or a 25 minute walk to Ryde Pier. The number 9 bus stop is 2 minutes away and we have a variety of country walks and lovely cycles on hand....... The Lodge

Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

Located on the outskirts of Newport "The Little Rose Pod" is the ideal base to start from if you want to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight or just get cozy and settle in and enjoy this romantic, rustic space that The Little Rose Pod has to offer. The area is quiet and peaceful and just a stones throw away from the main town and bus station, as well as being a short walk away from the historic Carisbrooke Castle and many picturesque cycle paths that lead to beautiful beaches and seaside towns.

An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Pebble Beach, is a self contained chalet with king size bed and spacious shower room. Includes a fridge with water, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, WiFi, TV, iron, towels, and toiletries, microwave, toaster, plates etc. Outside rack for two bicycles, with a cover. Free off road parking right outside. Breakfast is not included, but there are local cafes, perfect for breakfast and a local pub that serves food daily, takeaways. Nicely tucked away by Gurnard Seafront.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
