Close to Routes 41 and 75 for beaches, shopping, restaurants, sports events etc. Our favorite thing to do is beach combing the fabulous beaches -equipment provided.

The home away from home is a cozy 1/1 with king bed, full dresser, tall dresser with TV, and a full size sofa sleeper in the large living room kitchen area. It has a peaceful feeling inside and outside. A ten minute walk to the warm mineral springs. A Dollar general shopping store is at the end of the street one mile away. Awesome location, very roomy, washer and dryer. Fifteen minutes or less from major shopping centers. Twenty minutes from Englewood beach and 25 minutes to Venice beaches.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There’s no reason to leave with both pool and ocean access at your back door, and just minutes away are great beaches, fantastic parks, and amazing restaurants with live entertainment, although we do have a fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill if you prefer to eat in. There’s bowling alleys, movie theaters, and family style entertainment right around the corner. We have fast Wi-Fi if you work from home. 100% remodeled in 2023.

Your home offers a comfortable open floor plan with lots of windows offering views of the pool and waterfront area. Upon entering the home, you walk down a short hallway and enter into the large common area with 3 sliding glass doors allowing access to the pool deck and lanai. Your outdoor space offers a large covered lanai with plenty of seating along with an area for outdoor dining. In addition, you have a beautiful heated saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and boat lift.

Waterfront Retreat

The The home is on a brackish canal, (waterfront not beachfront.) Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Sit out on the dock and fish for Tarpon or just watch the dolphins and manatees swim by! The pool is heated year round with ELECTRIC HEATER! Outside screened in seating area facing the canal. Bicycles and kayaks available for use. If something is not working please let me know! Also, I do not control the tide so using the kayaks may not be feasible!!
