The little retreat is a 1937 small house with modern amenities including one bedroom with a new super comfortable queen bed, one bath, a modern convenient kitchen and a cozy living room. An enclosed back porch includes a small dining area and a laundry room and opens onto a large yard with trees, including a lemon tree, and a small patio.
