Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

Located at the rear of a heritage building in the heart of iconic St Kilda, this free standing secluded cottage nestled in a lovely garden setting, is open plan, wonderfully spacious and light. A Haven for Pets Come and stay at our secluded & cosy one bedroom studio, just a short stroll from the shallow, peaceful waves at Tyrone Beach. Head into Rye for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Relax in our deep soaking tub and enjoy a glass of wine by the campfire with a BBQ. Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

A forest hideaway in the Dandenong Ranges. Nestled between ferns and maples, Dingleigh of Sassafras is one of the original cottages on the property, lovingly restored and updated. Walking proximity to Sassafras, local shops, famous gardens & the national park. Dingleigh and its gardens offer an ideal location for wedding preparations and small wedding ceremonies. With remnant forest surrounds, a solar-heated pool & proximity to Merricks beach (6 mins), everything is here to help you unwind. A barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor sink & two deck seating areas will draw you outside to enjoy balmy evenings. Nearby is Merricks Store and plenty of great wineries.
