Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This 4BR 2 BA country style cottage is roomy and comfortable. Enjoy sitting outside on the front porch or screened in patio while chatting with family, friends and neighbors. We are located just 1 mile from the entrance to Parris Island, a convenient location for marine graduations.
