House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Will sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped: full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. High speed WiFi, cable TV and large dining room table. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Two blocks from Irving Park.

The home has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with custom closets and wide-plank pine floors. The relaxing backyard includes tranquil ponds, covered gazebo, hot tub and seasonal garden. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate large groups or parties due to issues with noise.
