The site itself offers, A heated swimming and splash pool (open end of may to September) children's play area, tennis courts, 5-aside football pitch, TV and gaming room and a shop for all you essentials. The Cabana club (may to september) offers a well stocked bar, pool table and darts as well as family entertainment including Bingo, quiz nights and live entertainment.

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.
