The Old Salt Store is situated in the village of Pobathic, in an AONB at the head of a tributary of the River Lynher, to which there is access, bring your kayak/paddle board and your binoculars! Developed from the 18th Century Fish Cellars where the local fisherman would process their catch, The Fish Cellars is a small group of stone built luxury holiday cottages in an enviable position at the end of the village with virtually no passing traffic and fabulous sea views. Step outside and go down the slipway to the aged harbour and the beach. There are two beaches in the village separated by a good selection of rock pools perfect for a bit of exploring after the tide has gone out.

Crafthole is just a 10 minute walk from Portwrinkle beach and access to the southwest coastal path, passing through the beautiful Whitsand Bay golf course. Once by the beach, there is a cafe and a golf club serving refreshments all day. One side of the beach is dog friendly. A brilliant pub called the Finnygook. There’s a small parking space outside the property, with enough room to pull in to unload. Plenty of on road parking in the village. Secure garden. Great WiFi, 3 smart TV

The studio is situated on the Rame Peninsula, and is a base from which to explore "Cornwall's forgotten Corner". It is just a 5 minute drive from Whitsand Bay & Portwrinkle Beach, with it's access to the SW Coast Path and a golf course. The location is handy if you enjoy walking, beaches, country parks and fishing villages - or are visiting family & friends or HMS Raleigh, which is nearby. This quiet countryside spot is also ideal if all you want to do is sit and relax.
