The house has wifi, shuffle table, fire pit, grill and plenty of sitting areas. Upon request, there is a dock you can tie up to, but no slip.

The dock is walking distance to the house & there is a loading ramp located just a short drive away in the neighborhood. You will also have access to the fire pit out front & a gas grill on the side.
