An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

House is located in a 800sq.m garden with private entrance and parking. located in the center of Kobuleti a street away from main thoroughfare and 4 min ( by walk) from the beach & boulvard.

The cottage has a sauna which costs an additional fee. One hour costs 100 GEL. Mirveti waterfall is a few kilometers from Thomas hut. Mosque is one kilometer away. Machakhela river is also nearby. Makhuntseti waterfall is 20 kilometers away. We also have house wine, red and white. Aged for 3-4 years. Which you can buy on site.
