The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.

Nearly a century old, children call it “The Witches House” and we haven't changed it's magic. A mezzanine provides the main bedroom, a little window overlooks the lawns. Downstairs is a log burning stove, a sofa/double bed, and all facilities needed. French doors open to a patio over the river and woodland views. 40 minutes from London and you're in another world.
