And even something more. The wooden floor remembers students who had lived here when the house was built almost a century ago. And if you open the window, you do not hear the street traffic but birds and sometimes even the organ from the church in the backyard.

The apartment is situated in an historical building in the first floor. It is in the middle of all the touristic attractions. Therefore, during the season there is an increased number of people walking the street - just as in any other city center :-) The apartment sits in a historic area of the city just under Prague Castle's gardens and vineyards. The famous swans spot on the river is around the corner, and peaceful parks, Charles Bridge, and the Old Town are a short walk away.

Outstanding quiet location in Cisarska louka island - close to the heart of the Prague. We provide a small boat with electric engine (no license necessary), free parking spot in a private area, just few steps of the houseboat. For those of you, who like the touch of the nature, you can feed swans from the terrace and observe other species in their natural habitat. The view from a terrace is partly industrial, but at the night time full of calm magic.

The house is ideally oriented and furnished according to Feng Shui. You can relax in the garden of the historic farmhouse from the 18th century. The 65 m2 apartment consists of two rooms with kitchen, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the park. It is located on the elevated ground floor of a newly renovated house. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, electric kettle, microwave, and dishes. In the cleaning room, there is a washing machine, a second WC, an iron with a board and utensils. Visitors from all countries are welcomed.
