**Skvelý pobyt v Prahe!** Môj pobyt v tomto krásnom byte so záhradou v Prahe bol jednoducho úžasný. Všetko bolo perfektne čisté a pripravené, ako malo byť. Byt mal veľmi príjemnú atmosféru a bolo v ňom všetko, čo som potreboval. Pani Eva bola skvelá hostiteľka – komunikovala so mnou počas celého pobytu, uistila sa, že som sa dostal na byt v poriadku, či mám všetky potrebné informácie a či mi niečo nechýba. Aj keď bola od bytu vzdialená 400 km, jej prístup a starostlivosť boli naozaj výnimočné. Určite odporúčam toto ubytovanie každému, kto hľadá pohodlie a skvelú komunikáciu. Ďakujem za nádherný pobyt!

Nette, saubere Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Ausblick! Bahnstation gleich um die Ecke, einfache und schnelle Anbindung in die Altstadt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich! :-)

Steven is ein toller Gastgeber, ddr sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist! Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet, wodurch man sich gleich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und die schöne Terrasse inlusive Griller ist schon sehr genial. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Wohnung durch die riesigen Glasfronten schnell aufheizt, jedoch gibt es überall Außenjalousin, die zentral über Display steuerbar sind. Gerne komme ich wieder :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia's place. The apartment is spacious and stylish with a full set of kitchen amenities. There's lots of information about the city and things to do. We particularly enjoyed the walks in the booklet and had a great dinner at The Eatery. Communication was excellent from start to end. The location is quiet and peaceful but only a short Uber ride from the city. Thoroughly recommended! Many thanks.

This is one of the most convenient locations in Prague. The building is modern, super safe and hygienic. I stayed for two months, and my first time away from family. This Appartment made my life so much easier. Supermarket, shopping malls all in walkable distance, and a full fledged gym in the same building. Everything you need is in the appartment, for washing machine, dryer internet, printer and a really comfortable workspace. The host Karolina was fabulous, she was very patient with me for all the trouble I gave her, she gave me genuine and outstanding support to help me settle down. She always checks up on me every week if anything is needed in the property. All in all, this is an exceptional property to be in not only for comfort but also its hospitality. Thank you Karolina again for my wonderful stay.

Het verblijf was schoon en voldeed precies aan de volwachtingen. Bij vragen kregen we een snelle reactie. Vanaf het verblijf is het met een stevige wandeling te doen om naar de stad te lopen. ER stopt ook een bus vrijwel voor de deur. Echt ideaal. Een aanrader.

It is easily accessible by tram and metro. Clean and well equipped apartment, newly renovated. Gym equipment and sauna are a plus for sports enthusiasts.😉

Amazing location in walking distance to the main square. Big clean space with amazing high ceilings and balcony. Having two bathrooms and a washing machine was very useful. Would recommend.

We (family of 5 with teens) spent an amazing time by Lada. The apartment is really nice, Lada is a super hostess and gave us some recommendations for the district. The apartment is situated in a quiet district. You can reach the city center very easily and quick with tram / walking. We recommend warmly

The apartment has everything necessary. My stay was really comfortable. This is a quiet and peaceful area of Prague 7. Communication was easy, check-in was easy.

L'appartement de Sven est moderne, confortable et très calme. Idéal pour se reposer après des journées bien remplies. La terrasse offre une belle vue sur la ville et le parking privé est appréciable. Il est assez proche du centre à pieds (30 minutes de la place de la vieille ville) et bien desservi en tram. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et Sven était disponible en cas de besoin.

Wir haben das Haus über Ostern für einen Familientrip zu Sechst genutzt. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt: Vom großen Kühlschrank, der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit angeschlossenem Speisezimmer, Schlafräumen mit guten Matratzen bis zu den top ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsräumen mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man hier eine sehr gute Zeit haben. Glücklicher Weise schien die Sonne, so dass wir die schöne Gegend erkundet haben. Das Grundstück ist groß und eingezäunt. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, wir haben uns mit dem vorhandenen Holz ein Lagerfeuer gemacht und draußen gegrillt. Wirklich schön war die überdachte Essecke mit Bänken: tolle Aussicht! Schöne und historisch bedeutsame Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe: Wir haben eine Wanderung zur Helfenburg unternommen (12 min. bis Parkplatz) und am Abreisetag das Konzentrationslager Theresienstadt besucht (knapp 20 min.) - unbedingt ansehen! Wandermöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Mit 1 Wort: Spitze!!!

Помешкання дуже просторе та прекрасно укомплектоване. Сподобалось все: охайна кухня з усім необхідним, вітальня з великим обіднім столом і цікавими антикварними меблями/картинами, комфортні три спальні і родзинка помешкання - внутрішній дворик з зоною барбекю. Апартаменти, з яких не хочеться виїжджати ) шкода, що були лише проїздом на 1 ніч… Девіду подяка за чіткі вказівки та оперативну комунікацію. Зупиняйтесь - не пожалієте)

Děkujeme panu hostiteli za možnost ubytování v tomto domě. Už druhým rokem jsme zde měli oslavu narozenin a můžeme si toto ubytování jen vynachválit. V domě čisto, dost místa na spaní, obrovská kuchyň ke společnému vaření / přípravě jídel. Dům je moderní, hezký, člověk se cítí jako doma. Venku je obrovský krásný pozemek, nádherná zelená zahrada, velká pergola, možnost televize venku, krytý bazén. Neskutečně ceníme venkovní fitness a hřiště na hokejbal a basketbal, to se jen tak nevidí a taky člověk může dělat jiné aktivity a nesedět na zadku. Co se mi líbí, hostitel vždy rychle komunikuje, stará se. Kolikrát nám nabízel jestli chceme pípu na pivo, některé věci přikoupit, možnosti k parkování pro více lidí. Super! Určitě jsme loni ani letos nebyli naposled. Jakub :)

Inzerován byl “big room”, ten je však dlouhodobě pronajat jiné osobě. Poskytnutý náhradní pokoj má jen 6 m2. Velmi nepraktické topení bez možnosti regulace teploty. Chodba v domě velmi zapáchá.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und bietet alles an Ausstattung, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Jeweils ein Bett findet man im Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer, die weiteren Schlafgelegenheiten sind das Sofa oder eine aufblasbare Matratze für den Fitnessraum. Der ganze Wohn-Essbereich ist großzügig gestaltet, auch der Garten ist schön angelegt und zum verweilen gedacht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

This is a really fantastic house. We were two families (four adults and five kids) and the layout, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, and a big open space with a long table (and plenty of chairs) downstairs, was wonderful. We did not lack for space at all. We could also use the grill on the terrace and eat dinner there during the evening. The house was perfect for the kids- they had enough room to play in the living room while we prepared meals. The furnishing, towels, etc. are simple and not fancy, and the kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans for large groups. We had everything we needed. The house is located in a really relaxing and beautiful environment, outside of the city. We drove one day into Prague and it took around 45 minutes, but otherwise our goal was to relax in nature, and we accomplished this well! We could even swim indoors during the rainy day we had -- a huge blessing. It was great to be able to communicate directly with Aleš, who answered all of our questions promptly. It's important to know that Aleš takes a deposit of 300 euros in cash upon arrival, because the the sauna and the pool require a lot of extra electricity costs. Since he comes for check-in and check-out we were able to deal with the deposit formally and directly and it was not a problem.
