Mini Hill je mjesto za one koji traže više od udobnosti, traže iskustvo. Za one koji vole jednostavnost, koji uživaju u trenucima tišine i vjeruju da je ljepota upravo u malim stvarima. Ako ste među onima koji vole prirodu i njezin ritam, dobrodošli ste.

Big country house in the middle of vineyard

Located on the hill near the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows and climbing above the vineyard Juričko offers a beautiful view of the picturesque landscape to the visitors. A wine cellar is a social space for 45 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a fireplace, a bathroom and a sauna. The attic has a bathroom and four bedrooms. Outside there is a covered terrace with a large table suitable for picnics. Guests can use private Sauna with an additional fee.

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.

Vsak element je zasnovan, da vaše bivanje naredi čim bolj udobno in posebno. Za polnjenje avtomobila zaračunavamo doplačilo 10 EUR na uporabo, kar omogoča, da ohranimo visoko kakovost storitev.

Posebnost vile je veliko trikotno okno, ki se razteza čez celoten prednji del objekta, omogoča pa neovirani pogled na naravo in ustvarja občutek odprtosti. Na voljo sta tudi zunanji savna in Jacuzzi, ki bosta poskrbela za popolno sprostitev po napornem dnevu.

On the terrace, you will find a jacuzzi with a view and a barbecue. Local delicacies can be purchased, and there is an option to rent 2 electric bicycles. The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
