Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus im Kroatischen Style, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt mit schöner Gartenanlage und Pool. Mit Hund perfekt, komplett umzäunt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sympathisch.

Schön wären Insektengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern und in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher.Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Cosy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for exploring Pula, Fazana and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here and Sanja was an ideal host: friendly, helpful and with lots of useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

Waren für eine Woche hier. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. unsere Bremsbeläge waren abgeschliffen. Adriana hat sich direkt für uns um eine Werkstatt gekümmert. Das Problem war innerhalb eines Tages geklärt. Sie hat uns außerdem Windbeutel selbst gemacht vorbei gebracht👍🏽 sehr sauberes Apartment und Pool. Das Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die Innenstadt liegt aber ca30min Fußmarsch entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war wie beschrieben. Elena und Marco waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und stets bemüht alle Anliegen schnell zu lösen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach jedem Ausflug war es ein Highlight wenn man zurück kam, das Tor öffnete und in den Hof fuhr. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Im Ort selbst ist jetzt nicht wirklich was zu Unternehmen, allerdings gelnagt man von dort aus schnell zu sehr schönen Orten.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal bei Lana zu Gast. Es hat uns wie immer super gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr sauber, mit allen ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer super Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber, die einfache Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft. Tolle Unterkunft und klare Weiterempfehlung unsererseits.

Nous avons été accueilli par Edi, un hôte des plus chaleureux, dans sa magnifique maison familiale tout en pierre. Maison avec une cuisine extérieure parfaitement bien pensée dans un cadre vert et calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ses bons conseils et un aménagement intérieur où il ne manque rien.

Gašpar apartment was very big and comfortable super super clean i felt like home there, location was 20 minutes walk to city center and very quiet and peaceful location. Our Host Gašper and his wife they were very nice and friendly after check in he offered us nice coffee in garden and juice for our little son, we stayed there 5 nights and was perfect stay in can strongly recommend.

Wonderful place in a great location. Ivanka very responsive. We lost internet and she had it fixed immediately.

Мы еще обязательно остановимся у Патриции - все было хорошо обставлено, чисто, наполнено полезными бытовыми принадлежностями. Ничего лишнего в квартире не было - удобная двуспальная кровать, диван, даже вид на море с балкона. Было удобно жить, готовить еду. Патриция посоветовала отличные места для посещения, всегда была на связи и отвечала на любые вопросы, хотя их почти и не было. Море было совсем рядом, с отличным сосновым парком, кафе, теннисными кортами и большим торговым центрам, где можно найти все в 7 минутах. Кого-либо может смутить близлежащее старинное кладбище, но его совсем не видно из окон и если бы я не смотрела карту, я бы и не подозревала о нем:)) Мы отлично провели время! Всем советуем Патрицию и ее замечательную квартиру🤍

This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. The attention to detail was impressive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries like shampoo and soap. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. Within just a 5-10 minute drive, we had access to numerous beautiful beaches and a variety of shops.

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Appartamento pulitissimo con tutto il necessario. Padrone di casa gentilissimo, super disponibile, che mi ha fatta sentire come a casa. Location ideale per raggiungere comodamente a piedi la spiaggia/pineta di Banjole. Parco Kamenjak raggiungibile in auto in poco tempo. Tante calette bellissime nei dintorni. Molto consigliato!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und mit guten Tipps empfangen, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft - am Meer kann man entweder einen sehr schönen Weg entlang bis in die Altstadt spazieren oder in die andere Richtung zu einem wirklich tollen und großen Strand laufen. Die Wohnung war zufriedenstellend gereinigt und sehr geräumig - das riesige Bad könnte man auch als Ballsaal nutzen ;-). Sehr schön sind auch die Terrasse und der Garten. Wir hätten die Wohnung gerne noch besser gelüftet, haben uns aber aufgrund der vielen Mücken, die leider überall in Rovinj anzutreffen waren, nicht getraut, die Türen allzu lange geöffnet zu lassen. Möglicherweise ein Grund für kleineren Schimmelbefall an der ein oder anderen Stelle, der in einer anderen Rezension erwähnt wurde, aber aus unserer Sicht nicht besorgniserregend ausfiel. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Gracijelas Wohnung.

Perfect place for a family with outdoor space and private pool. We had a really nice stay and will go back, we highly recommend it!

Appartamento completo di tutto , situato in posizione strategica vicino ad una delle spiaggie più belle di Pola , al centro città 20 Min a piedi , e vicino ad un supermercato ed un centro commerciale. Spero di tornarci presto.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Had a fantastic stay in the apartment with my wife and kids. Jure was great to keep us updated on what there was to see from the coliseum to his local beach knowledge. He also arranged a half day kayak trip with his neighbors company and my kids loved it! Snorkelling with fish in a sea cave was the highlight of the trip. The stone beach a few minutes short walk from the apartment was also lovely and relaxing and so peaceful for an evening dip to cool off after we arrived. The apartment is lovely and modern and much more spacious than we thought with 3 huge double rooms and 2 shower rooms. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a lovely supermarket 5 mins walk away for anything you need. Jure also left us some local delicacies and a local drink which was great for a sundowner on the balcony looking out over the sea. We packed a lot in for a short stay and will definitely be back for a longer visit. A really great place to stop off on the coast route and a great host.

Tutto perfetto! Siamo stati una settimana a casa di Ivana, l'appartamento era perfetto, tutto come da descrizione, molto grande, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima la terrazza con zanzariere, dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere. Posizione tranquilla, molto comoda per raggiungere Pula, Fasana, tante spiagge belle nei dintorni. Ivana gentile risponde subito, grazie mille alla prossima!

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Das Stadtzentrum lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen.
