We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.

Entire 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood close to Mercyhurst University and downtown Erie! Just a short drive (15-20 minutes) from Presque Isle, Waldameer Park, and the Erie Zoo. Enjoy all of the comforts of home at this house. This house is family friendly and in a walkable neighborhood. Check in after 3pm Check out 10am Absolutely no parties or events allowed. We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
