Tucked away in the sleepy yet well-connected village of Newbold on Stour, we're perfectly positioned for Theatre trips, Cotswold weekenders and Countryside rambles... Just 15 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, 25 minutes to Daylesford and 35 minutes to Soho Farmhouse, our small yet stylish bolt-hole makes for a great base to explore all that the North Cotswolds has to offer.

Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Ideal for couples alone or with kids. The property is the village’s old school and comes with bags of character, large rooms, is well appointed and is located in the countryside in a charming village with a great local pub only a few miles from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon.
