This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire 1st floor (the floor above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

5 minutes drive to get to Old Town Kotor, or 25-minute of walking. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the coast is a 8-minute walk away. Free parking spaces in front of the building. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the apartment, upon request. Breathtaking and modern place offers fabulous view of the stunning Bay of Kotor right from the comfortable terrace where our guests enjoy spending most of their holiday.

The apartment have 100 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms with terrace exit, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, living room and stunning view terrace which have 40 square meters. I dare to say that you can see whole city from terrace and there in daytime you can enjoy sunbathing, chilling, relaxing and solar sistem shower. This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
