The house was spacious for all my guests and within walking distance to the beach. We all felt comfortable and safe in the house. Christopher was very communicative and responsive. We had additional guests and Christopher was very accomodating.

Juan and his AirBnB was exceptionally well, we enjoyed our stay and felt like we were right at home. The house was very cute and felt cozy. Everything was set up for us and easy to access. We used the kitchen and made breakfast, we had our whole family stay with us and occupied every bed and felt comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. Restrooms were well stocked and clean and so were the bedrooms and kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place and Juan and come back again.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this property. The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and felt extremely safe. The location couldn’t have been better – there’s a fantastic restaurant on-site with delicious food options, right in front of the beach. Plus, there are so many walkable coffee shops, great taco spots, and even a grocery store just a few minutes away. Adolfo, the host, was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. The WiFi was impressively fast, which was perfect for working from home. I was able to join several meetings without any issues, even with others using the WiFi at the same time. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and if you're looking to explore more, it’s only a quick $3 Uber ride to Papas & Beer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with convenience, comfort, and a fantastic host!

Beautiful place to stay at nice and clean!

Amazing place , was only there for one night but definitely was one of the nicest places i’ve stayed at better than most hotels in rosarito. view was also amazing everything was nice host was always helpful & responsive.

My group and I definitely enjoyed our stay here! Everything was nice, comfy and clean. Walking distance to Papas and Beer. The place felt safe. Will 100% stay here again

Peaceful neighborhood that is secure and looms like the photos. The place was very clean.

Definitely recommend this stay! We had some trouble with the keypad at check-in, David answered right away and helped us get into to apartment. The place was clean and the view is incredible! We enjoyed a couple of the local recommendations left in a folder by the host. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us where the community room and gym were. Only down side is the wifi was a little slow at night. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay!

The place was very clean and cozy ! Just as described. The area was quiet and the place was as described, we only had a bit of trouble with the showers water was cold but we figured out the heater later on , otherwise we will definitely come back

I booked this house to celebrate my 30th birthday with my friends and family. After seeing the house in pictures, the expectation in person did not disappoint. We had a stunning view of the ocean and spent a majority of our stay outside, soaking up the environment. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend booking this place if you’re wanting to go to El Valle for the weekend or just purely want a weekend getaway! I will hopefully be returning back here in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious, clean, within walking distance to a fantastic restaurant - (El Pescador), and an OXXO; also close to a Calimax for groceries, if needed. The home has a great back porch with a cool ocean view, and we especially loved the gated property for our dogs! Thank you so much for helping us have a super vacation. We had the most amazing stay here!! The location is beautiful, just steps from the beach and the home was very clean and well kept. The host was super responsive and available to answer any question we had. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Greg’s house in Rosarito. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and with it being on the beach, you’re literally steps away from a peaceful walk or nice jog. Just sitting on the porch and listening to the waves crashing all day and night was worth the stay. The privacy and freedom to be able to enjoy the fire pit while listening to music with friends and nobody around to complain about noise or having to worry about following a bunch of rules makes it even more welcoming! We literally felt at home. It was so peaceful. It’s in between Rosarito and TJ so you’re centrally located and close to clubs, restaurants, beaches and shopping. The host was great and very quick to respond to us and answered all of our questions. We all had a great time. It’s fairly priced compared to more expensive AirBNBs but the fact that it’s literally on the beach makes it an even greater deal! We will definitely be coming back soon with family!

We enjoyed our stay. House very clean and smell good. Just wish the upstairs deck had a fire pit and lounge furniture. The view is nice. There is also a restaurant and store you will have to drive up to the end to find it.
