Onze centraal gelegen knusse woning met tuin is smaakvol ingericht. Er is alles wat er nodig voor een heerlijk verblijf in Utrecht. De compacte keuken is compleet met een koffiemachine, vaatwasser en Boretti fornuis. Je bent lopend in 10 minuten in het centrum (Tivoli). Het huis staat in een rustige wijk en heeft een heerlijke zonnige tuin op het zuid-oosten. Je kunt lekker slapen op een geweldig bed in een stille slaapkamer. De badkamer is eenvoudig en schoon. Parkeren kan voor de deur.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Utrecht’s forest (Rhijnauwen) is walkable or a 10-15 minute bike ride away. Within 5 minutes you are on the highway. Th station is 8 min by bus. Geniet van ons fijne huis met een mooie tuin. We wonen in een rustige wijk, met vriendelijke buren. De bushalte is net om de hoek, waarmee je rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam kunt reizen. Het is overigens ook slechts 10 minuten rijden naar Amsterdam, dus je bent er zo! Ideaal natuurlijk als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek om te relaxen na een heerlijke dag in Amsterdam te hebben rondgelopen. Ons huis is enkel geschikt voor families, voor mensen uit het bedrijfsleven of voor stellen.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Next to the spacious hall and stairways, we offer: a livingroom/kitchen three bedrooms bathroom toilet storeroom with washing facilities Perfectly suitable for families with (small) children. All prices are excluding tourist taxed (7% of the rental price plus 8€ per person per day).
