We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje en tuin zijn geweldig. Ook de parkeerplaats is een groot pluspunt. Perfecte plek om te verblijven als je naar Bologna gaat.

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best vacation rental experiences I have ever had. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space for the whole family. Federica was amazing and had stocked the kitchen with plenty of breakfast items and snacks. The house does have lots of stairs but the elevator goes to all floors for anyone with mobility issues. We would absolutely recommend this home for anyone who wants to experience a grand Italian city home.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

The property exceeded our expectations . A clean and quiet apartment with a fantastic terrace area to sit outside. The location was perfect for us as it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There are a number of great local cafes on the walk to the centre and truly amazing architecture on the way. Roberta was always responsive with any enquiries we had and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful area with lots of cafés, restaurants, a beautiful museum and park right around the corner.

We have stayed in many ABNB’s throughout Europe and this stay was among the very best in all ways. Small unit, but better equipped than places 3X the size. Great location. Don’t be deterred by the closeness to the train station. The apartment is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional location in the heart of the city center. It's a well appointed one bedroom with easy access from the train station and airport. The space is clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and my choice location when I return to Bologna again.

Superbe séjour chez Andrea, appartement autant fonctionnel que rempli de charme! Le quartier est parfait pour un séjour en couple, l’ultra centre est facile d’accès et la rue super calme! Réservez les yeux fermés!

Points positifs : 1/ très bien situé, un peu à l’écart du centre touristique, mais à 2 pas de la via Zamboni et à 10 mn à pieds de la piazza Maggiore ; 2/ appartement bien équipé, confortable et propre ; 3/ Mirko est très accommodant, sympathique et donne de très bons conseils sur Bologne qu’il connaît très bien. Points négatifs : il n’y en a pas !

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.

L'alloggio messo a disposizione da Silvia è in un'area molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissimo ai luoghi di interesse, che si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi. L'appartamento è confortevolissimo, molto pulito e accogliente! Silvia è una host molto disponibile, è stata molto chiara nelle indicazioni e ha risposto sempre con gentilezza e venendomi incontro nelle mie necessità, soprattutto relative al check out posticipato. Consiglio vivamente!

We had a great time! Franca welcomed us kindly and gave us excellent recommendations! The apartment was clean and well equipped, we ate out most nights but were able to cook at the apartment some nights too which was a nice change! A bit out of the centre but we enjoyed cycling to and from places and it was a fairly quiet area. Some noise from being close to the station which was fine and unavoidable. Franca couldn't have done more to make the experience enjoyable! Overall a lovely stay and I would recommend and stay again. Bologna is a beautiful city!
