Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am

Self check-in (a short pre-arrival phone call is required). 190 sq feet of space. This room does NOT include parking. We are an 18+ guesthouse.
