This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

We had a great time at Bella's Studio! Very clean and comfy apartment. Great for 1 person or a couple. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook and basic pantry staples. Maria/hosts were wonderful: always giving us tips on where to go, local events happening during our stay, and checking in to make sure everything was going well. Super kind and friendly. The Villa Pesquera village is quiet and neighborly, just steps from the beach and kiosks serving snacks and drinks. Isabela is also a great location to use as a "home base" to visit countless beaches, hiking, horseback riding etc, all within 15-20 min. Thank you!!

amber was quickly responsive and helped with everything I asked before and during the trip. The studio offered everything is needed for a short stay in Culebra. Indoor space (especially bathroom) is quite small. The bed was extra comfort! I recommend this place for everyone going to Culebra!

Karen is AMAZING! The house and studio was fabulous and well worth the visit. I can’t tell you how much she helps with accommodations, suggestions for activities and being there for you. As I said she’s amazing and so is her rentals! She made are trip! Gracious Karen 😊

Jaime’s place was amazing! It was located in a secured residential area. We loved it, very clean and it makes you feel like home. It was very well decorated and had all the utensils that you would need. Easy to go to the beaches, but with a car as there’s no public transport. Jaime was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

This place is absolutely beautiful.The views are gorgeous,the pool is big and deep for swims with your family.The gym is a plus! Cooking in the kitchen outside by the pool was just amazing ,I could say it looks better in person than in the photos! Andrea was helpful and communicative and friendly.They do live in the property but you don’t see them at all, they give you all the privacy.They do have a baby that you can hear at times but nothing that bothered us at all. You can hear nature in the night and it helps you sleep peacefully. The experience was a 4.8 due to the fact that they had recently installed ac in one of the rooms but was not working the ac was leaking a lot which caused a foul smell in the room. Andrea did let me know about the ac not working and I also told her about the smell. The WiFi was also down for 2 days which I also communicated to her about. She was very apologetic and she did reach out to see how she could make things better. Overall I will still book again

I loved staying at this air bnb it felt like I was right at home ! Loris was super responsive super helpful and she keeps the space squeaky clean ! I will be back to stay with her because of how safe I felt as well in her home being a solo traveler. She gave me my space but also checked in with me which I loved and waited for me to get in late the night I arrived so she could show me around the place and help me check in. If I could give 100 stars I would.

2nd time staying at this air bnb and Oscar always provides the best experience. The pool and view is top tier!

There is so much to see and do in Puerto Rico, but we wanted to make sure we had plenty of "downtime" between activities and exploring the area. We made Caribbean Paradise our base for 8 days on the island. It truly felt like home each time we returned to this beautiful, peaceful retreat. The sound of coqui frogs and area roosters were definitely noticed the first night there, but they became a lovely part of the experience in the following days and nights. Our hosts were super fun and friendly, but not at all intrusive--even though they, too, enjoy rocking and taking in the views from the airbnb patio between guest bookings. Would we stay there again on another visit to Puerto Rico? Absolutely.

Jose & his wife were absolute darlings from check in to check out. They were available for any reason (should you need one) and you can tell they take a lot of pride & care in their property. It was in a safe setting right near the beach, and easily accessible to El Yunque, Ceiba, San Juan, and beyond. The place was clean and great for a place to crash on the East Coast. Jose was extremely helpful and willing to give any advice & ideas about what to see and do. Thank you Jose!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

Ana, her sister Sara, and her lovely mother were amazing hosts! The place was spotless and such a short walk to the beach. We spent many hours just swinging and reading on the hammock on the front porch after a long, hot day on the beach... what a breeze on that porch. Everything was at our fingertips. We grilled out on the back patio twice during our stay and the best part was when we realized we were missing an ingredient; the grocery store was less than a 5 min walk away. If ever we needed to contact Ana or Sara, they literally got back to us in less than 20 minutes. They are full of helpful tips on where to go and what to do and were just lovely people to work with. We'll be back!

This Airbnb is perfect . Better than the surrounding hotels. Nice pool and interior decor. Milton is very responsible and helpful. This location is very close to Isabel and aguadila . He also gives you little stuff in the draws that you may need like seasonings and sun screen etc . My wife and I loved it . Thank you again Milton !

Un excelente lugar super limpio cuando entramos el olor a limpio nos encantó las camas cómodas. Con buen olor las almohadas muy cómodas , un lugar recomendado. Volveremos pronto ❣️

The house was amazing. Host was very responsive and quick with answers to my questions. She also provided coffee, Water, soda, and beer. defiantly will stay here again.

Nos encantó la estadía, la casita estaba preparada para todo, cositas por si van a la playa, juegos, linternas y abanico de batería (nos vino de maravilla). Nos respondían rápido si les escribíamos y nos mantuvieron al tanto de la situación en la que está atravesando PR con eso de la luz. Puedo decir que si volvemos al área volvemos a “Mi casita” sin dudarlo. 🤍

Maria was very accommodating to letting us in early to fully enjoy the area. It was great she has a back up generator to make us comfortable even in the blackout. Her place is beautiful and pristine. I loved the property.

If I had a dream apt, this is how it would look like. I absolutely LOVED this AirBnb. The only sad part is that my girlfriend and I didn't use the amenities to its full extent as we only chose it because it was near the Ceiba Ferry Terminal during our day trips to Culebra and Vieques. At first, the idea of living in a garage and the bed facing the front door was a turn off but I got over it because of how much I like the walk in closet (spacious), bathroom (clean), and bedroom (homey). The kitchen had a lot of amenities including a coffee and pancake maker! And there were beach towels, chairs, floating noodles, and a cooler for use. There was so much room for 2 people. There was even a backyard patio with bar chairs and lounge chairs. The bed was comfortable unlike the other AirBnbs we stayed at for this trip. The neighborhood felt so safe and I liked how the parking spots were drawn out and clearly specified. A bit more expensive than others, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be back!
