Come and experience Nature at your fingertips - relax with farm views on your private deck or cozy up to an indoor fireplace. Samadhi Cottage is nestled in the heart of the magical and mystical Amatola Mountains, in the village of Hogsback Eastern Cape. Samadhi Cottage is perfect for couples on a romantic weekend getaway, or a "get back to nature antidote" from the city. The cottage is a 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) from the shops and restaurants. There is a double bed downstairs in the living room and upstairs three single beds suitable for older children or young adults that can climb steep, narrow stairs.

The Beach Cottage

The Beach Cottage is a self-catering cottage on a working dairy farm within walking distance to the beach. It is only 10km from the EL airport and a 20 minute drive into EL. The cottage has beautiful views of the sea as well as of cows grazing on green pastures. It has a fully functional kitchen. Tea, coffee, fresh farm milk & rusks are provided on arrival. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Please note, own transport advisable as we are on a farm.

Our house is bright, airy and welcoming with an open-plan lifestyle, large sliding doors opening onto a covered verandah and a private courtyard and secure off-street parking. You're just minutes from the beach and shops and our neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The sunny main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Our house is filled with books, love and light and we look forward to your visit!

Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.

Bramber Cottage is a modern self-catering accommodation set in a tranquil , beautiful park-like garden with mature trees. It is easily accessible by any vehicle. The property is located on a major road and is fully fenced with an electrically operated gate. It is within a walking distance to The Edge, The Eco Shrine and to several beautiful walks. The property is entirely independent from Eskom power supply.
