This Fall, our cozy, and affordable home is ready to welcome you. We’re confident that it will surpass your expectations. Situated amidst lakes and mountains, you will enjoy a variety of sports, including boating, parasailing, walking, running, & climbing, etc. This can follow a night out that may include an elegant or casual dinner. Our B&B is in a natural area, providing guests with the opportunity to relax amidst the local ecosystem. Enjoy encountering birds, butterflies, rabbits and more.

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Your home away form home. My place is centrally located to many desirable attractions in the area. Im located near the Highland Golf & Country Club and less than 6 miles from Lake George, 10 miles from West Mt, and 20 miles from the Saratoga Race track. Property is on the golf course and on the lake which is perfect for ice skating during the winter. The space also has its own private entrance next to the garage doors and has a electronic lock for ease of entry/exit.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
