Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Guests have exclusive use of the south facing, sunken patio, super fast WiFi and free car parking.

A modest room in a quiet flat

The room is in a shared flat, located on the second floor. There are two blocks of flats in the court. The room has a double bed, table, chair and wardrobe. WiFi is available. The location is close to shops, bus stops, QMC, and Jubilee Campus and University Park of the University of Nottingham. The host lives in the flat but usually allows away due to work schedule. Opening the entrance door to the block may be challenging initially, but it becomes so easy when you understand the lock.
