Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

In unserem familienfreundliches Haus stehen dir 4 Zimmer mit insgesamt 7 Betten und 2 Badezimmer und WC zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich kannst die Küche das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse nutzen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in direkter Nähe von Klagenfurt. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 20 min, der Wörthersee in ca 30 min erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haus. .
