Wendy's place was perfect place for me, my wife, and toddler to stay. Our bungalow was tucked in the back and there plenty of areas to sit outside. The place felt quiet and secluded even though it was a very easy walk to Redondo Pier. Street parking was very easy, the bed was comfy, and it was a great value. We'd stay here again for sure

Debbie and Mike’s place felt like a little home away from home. The couch was cozy, nice size tv, great water pressure in the shower, and the mattress was super comfortable. I slept great, neighborhood is quiet and near everything. I felt safe and comfortable and tucked away. Overall a cozy warm spot to touch down for a few nights. I would definitely stay again. Randy was a great host with a cozy apartment. The quality of everything inside was great. He served us enough coffee for the whole stay and above we got some bread, juice, milk, a bottle of wine and more small things!! You feel like welcomed at home! It’s so nice that you like to stay there even you have some points open to visit on your bucket list for LA.

Cara’s home was a wonderful respite for a week and a half while we remodeled our house and were in transition. We are a small family with three year old child and he was absolutely thrilled everyday to be at home playing with toys and exploring all of the games that Cara and her family kept. We especially appreciated the children’s dinner table set and all of the amenities were as described, in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed our time. The proximity to the park was also an incredible bonus as parents, and it is safe and serene. We are so so grateful for this listing and for Cara and her family’s hospitality.

This rental was better than the photos, charming and comfortable, fully equipt kitchen, comfortable beds, clean space, and outdoor space with a stunning view. The location is like no other. Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She was helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Lovely place with lots of space. The views are incredible and we thought it was very fun that wild peacocks roam the neighborhood! Great location that is very close to Torrence, Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach. Would stay again!

Lovely place! Looks better in person and has a real homey feel to it, which makes you instantly comfortable. It also smelled really good upon entry which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with Shan and Ed! Their yard is beautiful, the apartment is just as described and super-clean. We had everything we needed there including a fantastic location in Santa Monica, next to Venice, close to many restaurants, the beach, the 405 and the 10. Shan and Ed are lovely hosts - friendly, happy, and welcomiing.

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Lynn! Our family of three greatly enjoyed utilizing this surprisingly roomy and wonderfully outfitted studio apartment to explore Claremont and the 5Cs. We were able to walk over to the 5Cs and the village each day during our 5-day stay for various events and tours. Such a pleasant walk through the streets of the apartment's central Claremont neighborhood location. It was also an easy walk to Trader Joes for groceries.
