You will love your vacation at this custom built home on Dodge Pond, with 250' on Dodge Pond Stream and 150' frontage on Dodge Pond. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.

Ski in/out of our Snowbrook condo right on Sugarloaf Mountain. Cross Country Ski to the groomed trails right outside the unit. Ski all day on a nationally ranked mountain and then enjoy the active night life with live music playing at several venues on the mountain. Trails for hiking and mountain biking are right behind the condo for the summer/fall.
